Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven track record in B2B sales preferably within the South India market. This role requires excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of sales techniques negotiation and closing strategies.
- Communicate present and interact effectively with potential clients and internal teams.
- Understand the specific requirements of potential clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with marketing product and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Travel within the South India region as needed and attend industry events to network and build relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Executive.
- Knowledge of local South Indian languages especially Telugu is a plus.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales in the South India market preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the South India region.
Compensation and Work Hours
- CTC: 3.60 to 4.20 lakh per annum.
- Monthly Net Salary: 30000 to 35000 INR.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
