The role
We are looking for an outgoing and driven Sales Negotiator to join our busy sales team. At Redwing we market and sell a wide variety of properties and specialise in Shared Ownership sales. Our Sales Negotiators are responsible for booking and conducting viewings speaking with our sellers and providing them an excellent service as well as qualifying and negotiating offers. Not only do we deal with resales on behalf of our sellers we manage the sale of new build sales for our various partners.
Our Sales Negotiators work closely with other areas of the Redwing business such as the Property Management and Lettings teams. Redwing are looking to grow and expand our business and want to increase our customer base. Our Sales Negotiators will independently use the CRM systems and the property portals as well as their own knowledge of the market to generate Market Appraisals for our Valuer to attend. We are a busy and award-winning team meaning an exciting and varied work life.
