Were looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Collaborations teama creative person with an aesthetic point of view and experience with product. Youll contribute across multiple collections categories and genders supporting collaborations that push the brand forward while honoring its heritage. You enjoy juggling multiple timelines and responsibilities.
About the Job
- Help create project timelines briefing decks and recaps for Customization Activations
- Coordinate with other teams and external vendors to track deliverables
- Organize sample needs shipping logistics and activation materials
- Maintain a centralized archive of past customization activations
- Track deliverables between Tailor Shop and Graphic Design
- Support customization and events by helping translate design intent into engaging hands-on experiences
- Help manage on-the-ground execution for Tier 1 events
- Maintain accurate tech packs PLM entries and BOMs; track all updates and communicate changes promptly
- Contribute and manage trim & sundries developments
- Partner with teams including Merchandising Product Development Sourcing and Tech Design to ensure design intent is implemented with quality and margin goals in mind
- Oversee important stages of development from initial concept through final hand-off including tracking & shipping samples.
- You will report to the Global Customization Senior Manager
About You
- Comfortable navigating a changing landscape and having flexibility
- A natural collaborator who can partner across departments
- Passionate about storytelling through product and excited to contribute to meaningful brand moments
- Combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Create detailed garment sketches in Adobe Illustrator
- You have a positive helpful demeanor and have a passion and interest in LS&Co.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on our needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $78000 - $104000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
