As Harveys first marketing operations hire you will lead us in optimizing our marketing efforts ensuring efficiency and driving measurable results. The role involves building and managing foundational marketing systems processes and reporting to enable scalable build test and optimization of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies and managing complex projects.
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack primarily Marketo as well as other integrated tools and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
Develop implement and refine processes to improve efficiency scalability and performance across marketing and sales
Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems from lead capture to routing scoring and nurturing
Support the execution of marketing campaigns including email marketing landing page creation and lead generation initiatives
Oversee data integrity segmentation and compliance within marketing systems
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics campaign performance and ROI
5-9 years of in marketing operations roles preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing production timelines across multiple stakeholders
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
