This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product descriptions data entry and website uploads to ensure accurate and appealing product listings.
- Support the image editing process including cropping renaming and uploading product and campaign images.
- Contribute to content creation across multiple channelsblogs social media posts marketing collateral and EDMs.
- Provide assistance with basic customer enquiries ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Help maintain weekly and monthly performance reports tracking ecommerce and marketing KPIs.
- Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador packages including product preparation and tracking.
- Support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce operations product listings and website content management systems (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce or similar).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite Klaviyo Canva or Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of photo editing or graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop Canva).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write engaging product descriptions and social content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for reporting and coordination.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for fashion branding and digital storytelling.
- A proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
