Job Description
Mechanical Service Managerposition with a large mechanical hvac construction company
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits retirement package and plenty of room for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.
- Increase and improve HVAC Service Departments revenue and profitability
- Work closely with clients and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work history.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Service Management.
- Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes Microsoft Office (Word Outlook and Excel) among other CRM software is a plus.
