Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex projects. Strong administrative skills. Extremely well-organized. Capable of working well both independently and as part of a team dedicated to achieving excellence. Ability to work as partners with faculty and with students. High degree of judgment and discretion. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with staff faculty and students. Astute and able to recognize issues of concern as they arise and able to make recommendations to the faculty for solutions and program enhancements. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrated commitment to promoting equity diversity and inclusion in an educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree preferred. Previous experience using university learning management systems.
