Job Description
Chief Financial Officer - Fourways
Key Responsibilities
-
Define and implement the companys financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.

Lead all financial planning budgeting forecasting and analytical initiatives.

Oversee accounting audit treasury and financial control functions.

Ensure full compliance with IFRS FSCA SARB regulations and tax legislation.

Lead investor relations and capital raising initiatives.

Champion the financial digitization journey working closely with technology teams.

Mentor develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant CA(SA) in good standing with SAICA Required
-
A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
-
Sector experience in Banking FinTech or Information Technology (preferred)

Proven experience in financial reporting compliance and fundraising
