Job Title: Operations Officer KYC

Location: Montagne du Parc 3 1000 Brussels Belgium
Work Mode: Hybrid 50% on-site 50% remote
Contract Duration: 01 September 2025 31 December 2025
Part of CSS Financial Security within the Client Service Center (CSC). The KYC OPS Legal Entities team is responsible for:

Onboarding new clients by analyzing acceptance based on KYC policies

Recertification of existing client relationships periodically or when new risk factors are identified.
- Responsibilities

Perform KYC checks during client onboarding

Support periodic and ad-hoc recertification processes

Ensure compliance with internal KYC policies and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Language Requirements

Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills

French: Strong written and spoken communication skills

English: Profound knowledge
- Education

Bachelors or Masters degree (Finance Business Economics or Legal preferred)
- Mandatory Skills
