Job Description

Introduction

Our client is a multidisciplinary construction and property consulting practice that delivers cost effective on time projects across commercial residential and infrastructure sectors. They focus on clear cost control transparent reporting and adding value at every stage of a project life-cycle.

They are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. This role will allow you to manage project costs from feasibility through to final account prepare estimates monitor budgets evaluate variations and support the project team with accurate timely cost information.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years post graduate QS experience on building projects
  • Skilled in Build smart and CCS Candy
