Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Service maintain and repair industrial floor cleaning machines (walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers sweepers vacuums etc.).
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues on-site and in the workshop.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customer base.
- Maintain accurate job cards service records and warranty documentation.
- Train end-users and clients on proper machine use and maintenance routines.
- Support stock management of spares and consumables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years technical experience in the floor cleaning equipment industry.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical mechanical and battery-powered cleaning machines.
- Trade-tested technician or equivalent technical qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
