Job Summary
Our client a leading engineering consultancy is looking for a skilled Revit Technician to join their Electrical team based in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient draughtsperson to work on large-scale high-profile projects across the commercial retail industrial and multi-residential sectors.
You will be responsible for the Revit draughting of electrical and electronic engineering designs across a diverse range of building types. Working within a collaborative engineering team you will produce detailed 3D models and drawings covering a broad spectrum of electrical systems from MV/LV installations and generators to lighting access control CCTV and data networks using the latest available software.
Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Autodesk Revit
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on Revit experience with strong proficiency in Revit 3D
- Experience in electrical or building services draughting is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams
- A collaborative team-oriented approach and a positive work ethic
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
