Job Description
- Degree in Information Systems
- Relevant Unix/Linux/Red Hat certification
- ITIL process knowledge and work experience
- Proven experience with Unix/Linux operating systems (SUSE)
- VCS/VCP Qualification in Veritas Infoscale Storage and Availability or equivalent experience (5 years in a service provider environments) in predominantly linux environments
- Proven experience in operations or process management in complex environments
- Tolerance for managing high and critical incidents in high-pressure environments
- Extensive experience in IT-Operations standby support and ticket management
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Terraform Python Bash or PowerShell
- Excellent organizational multitasking and decision-making abilities
- Understanding and adapting to PIC processes
- Deep ITSM knowledge preferably in Servicenow or Remedy
- Experience with SAP and Oracle systems in terms of management maintenance OS patching and day to day monitoring
- Confluence / Jira
