Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars meetings appointments and travel itineraries
- Organise and prioritise incoming communications emails and calls
- Prepare reports presentations contracts and confidential documentation
- Coordinate office tasks and ensure all administrative systems run efficiently
- Liaise with artists managers venues agents and sponsors
- Assist in the planning and execution of concerts festivals and promotional events
- Ensure artist logistics (flights hotels hospitality riders rehearsals) are handled on time
- Coordinate event schedules technical riders and backstage requirements
- Track deadlines for music releases PR campaigns and sponsorship deals
- Assist with budgeting invoicing and payment tracking for events and services
- Conduct industry research and compile briefs or proposals
- Handle confidential matters with discretion including contracts and licensing
- Support content planning and scheduling for digital platforms
- Coordinate with PR/marketing teams for branding activities
- Attend events and assist in capturing behind-the-scenes moments when required

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in entertainment or events
- Experience with social media platforms
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours including weekends and late nights when needed
