Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements (local and international)
- Prepare high-quality documents reports and presentations
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of meetings including minutes and action tracking
- Support project management and special assignments as directed

Qualifications:
