This individual will play a critical role in expanding their client base driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills solid financial acumen and a passion for business development.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities in line with our clients service offerings.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations proposals and tender documents.
Lead negotiations for contracts and service agreements with clients.
People & Team Management
Build lead and motivate a small team of sales and business development staff.
Provide coaching support and performance feedback to the sales team.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Financial & Commercial Management
Monitor sales performance against targets and report on progress to senior management.
Ensure profitability of contracts by accurately pricing services and managing client expectations.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Manage budgets for the sales function effectively.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports on market conditions and sales forecasts.
Brand Representation
Act as an ambassador for Presecure Zambia at industry events networking opportunities and client meetings.
Uphold the companys reputation for professionalism and excellence.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust and rapport at all levels.
Strong financial acumen - ability to price solutions profitably and understand financial implications of deals.
Proven ability in sales business development and client management.
Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
Confident negotiator with excellent presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
High level of integrity professionalism and resilience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field.
3 6 years of progressive sales experience ideally in security services facilities management or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and key account management.
Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team (preferred).
Full Time
