Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Solution
Location: Delhi Okhla Phase-3
Job Overview:

Market analysis and suggest the sales strategy analyze the technical demand/product function. Analyze
Development trend of solar inverter market and competitors strategy from solution prospective. Technical
solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge. Support to project
bidding by preparing BOM development of competitive LCOE studies for complex project scenarios.
Supporting the Account Managers in articulating the business and technical value of String Inverter
Solutions to our Customers technical decision makers. Support the local eco-system e.g. distributors and
partners. Candidate will work with Utility scale Developers IPPs and EPC customers to support string
inverter business.
Skills Requirements:
• At least 4 – 5 years working experience in solar PV industry for Solution/Technical Sales/Design.
• Understanding of complete solar plant design and optimization.
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
• Must have technical background better to be electronic/electric engineer background Be able to
dimension in design tools as: PVsyst PVsol and AutoCAD
• Have very strong technology understanding of solar inverter products and PV systems
• Understanding of LCOE reductions or ROI benefits of various solutions
• Be comfortable in a target driven environment Like cross culture working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop projects with key account managers and present sales and technical presentations to
customers/partners
• Maintain good relationships with technicians from the end customer/partner/ distributor side
know the solar market in India and contribute leads based on his/her previous relationship/contact
within the industry.
• Sales support includes meeting with the customer solution design with the sales team etc. to
ensure we are providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.
• Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies based on the analysis of
customer business goals objectives needs and deployed systems infrastructure.
• Participate in RFx responses tenders presentations consultations and commercial proposals by
providing product information value argumentation bill of materials and tender network
designs
