About the Opportunity
We re working with a cutting-edge UK/European fintech company embarking on the development of an AI-driven platform in the digital compliance and identity space. As part of this ambitious initiative we re looking for a Senior Developer Team Lead / Scrum Master to join the project at its early stages and play a key role in both technical delivery and team leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone passionate about building robust event-driven systems using .NET (C#) and React while also steering a high-performing development team. Youll engage directly with international stakeholders guide project delivery from inception and contribute to both architectural decisions and team culture.
Requirements
What You ll Do
Lead the delivery of a new greenfield fintech platform using C# (.NET) and React
Guide and mentor a team of developers fostering technical excellence and growth
Work closely with client-side stakeholders in a highly collaborative agile setup
Own delivery processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and progress tracking
Support and grow a distributed remote development team
Influence architectural decisions with a focus on scalable event-driven systems
Balance technical execution people leadership and client engagement
What We re Looking For
8 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven leadership in a Team Lead or Development Manager role
Deep expertise with .NET (C#) and React in production environments
Strong experience leading agile delivery in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
Confident communicator and collaborative partner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experienced in mentoring feedback and team coaching
Structured reliable and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
Scrum Master experience or agile certifications
Experience building platforms from the ground up
Exposure to the fintech or compliance space
