Job Summary:
Will support customers discovery workshops on B2B wholesale unified pricing promotions markdowns and discounts use cases (UPPMO). Looking for B2B wholesale Domain /Functional Lead.
Required:
- Experience working with B2B multi-geographical clients
- Strong Order Management System (OMS) experience
- Must have Wholesale Industry experience and understand unified pricing promotions markdowns and discounts use cases (UPPMO)
- Experience leading discovery workshops
- Experience writing BRD
- Strong experience gathering requirements
- Knowledge of RFP process (but will not be writing the RFP just supplying the information for it)
Job Duties:
- Facilitate global discovery workshops with brand geography and functional leaders to gather insights.
- Define future-state OMS and UPPMO capabilities with aligned business-relevant use cases.
- Lead prioritization of use cases based on business value and implementation feasibility.
- Develop RFP-ready deliverables including requirements demo scripts and evaluation criteria.
- Provide informed market perspective on OMS platforms deployment models and rollout strategies.
- Serve as an on-call subject matter expert during the client-led vendor evaluation process.
