The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment as part of an R&D team developing medical products associated schematics and electrical design. Responsibilities include.
Leading engineering efforts and taking responsibility for planning organizing and conducting projects related to electro-mechanical devices components and processes.
EOL support Alternate supplier search & Feasibility on alternate component/quality issues/field issues.
Implementation of feasibility study Testing support.
Leading systems-level product development owning design specifications and verifications that comply with related medical device regulations/standards (IEC etc.) and internal quality management and design control processes.
Prepare DFMEA/PFMEA.
Board level test jigs / Test equipment for sustenance support.
Prepare design specifications analyses and recommendations for presentation and team review.
Knowledge in Design electronic packaging for miniature electronic devices.
Interact with suppliers to ensure procurement of components needed for your projects.
Support for ECO release.
Requirements:
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline; MS preferred.
5-10 years experience in Electrical engineering or related field.
Knowledge in PCB design Cable design & development.
Experience in VAVE Verification plan/protocol/report.
Experience in medical products is preferred.
Experience in the medical device industry developing Medical Devices preferred.
Experience writing verification plans protocols conducting verification testing and compiling reports is preferred.
Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively remotely both individually and within a team.
