We are hiring a People Development Coach
This role focuses on delivering training and development across restaurant teams supporting operational excellence and ensuring a strong internal talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver training programmes aligned with the companys development strategy.

Facilitate onboarding for all new team members and ensure completion of required certifications.

Conduct regular in-store training audits and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Identify training and skills gaps and implement corrective interventions with Operations partners.

Support stores operationally through visits prep sessions and weekend assistance during peak times.

Provide feedback and analysis after store engagements and suggest improvement actions.

Maintain and update training records and documentation on internal systems.

Compile and submit monthly quarterly and bi-weekly training and talent development reports.

Identify and support potential candidates for succession planning and management programmes.
Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

3 5 years of experience in a quick service restaurant environment.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.

Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
