Our client is a leading bank company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support long-term business objectives.
Lead mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team to deliver on KPIs.
Identify market trends customer needs and competitor movements to discover growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee the production of marketing materials and brand campaigns.
Supervise the companys digital presence including social media planning and execution.
Plan and manage the marketing budget including forecasting and performance analysis.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools data analytics and market research.
Demonstrated leadership communication and project management skills.
A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English both spoken and written.
