Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Marketing & Data Analytics Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing and analytics. Youll work closely with both our Marketing and Development teamshelping build and optimize our marketing performance stack turning data into actionable insights and supporting business decisions across the company.
What Youll Do
- Implement and manage tracking tagging and analytics (GA4 GTM HubSpot events) to ensure high-quality marketing data.
- Build optimize and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to business leaders.
- Analyze marketing website and application data to identify trends gaps and actionable opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to answer ad-hoc data questions and support decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations that drive growth
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics including GA4 GTM HubSpot and SEO.
- Solid skills in SQL data visualization (Looker Data Studio Tableau or similar) and statistical reasoning.
- 25 years in marketing analytics data analytics or related roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data quality verify assumptions and extract meaningful insights.
Bonus Skills
- SEO & campaign performance tracking.
- Scripting in Python/R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n Zapier) : mainly for context understanding not main focus
