Our client is a company specialized in industrial gases who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
New Business Development (60%)
Explore new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable solutions.
Analyze customer challenges and offer tailored technical proposals.
Prepare solution packages and professional proposals.
Lead negotiations to close contracts and monitor implementation progress.
Account Management for Existing Chinese-Speaking FDI Clients (30%)
Maintain regular engagement with Chinese key accounts to strengthen relationships.
Develop trust-based partnerships and gain deep understanding of client needs.
Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues quality concerns or delivery problems.
Manage negotiate and renew contracts upon expiration.
Expand professional networks by connecting with stakeholders in industrial parks and EOM communities.
DSO Management (5%)
Work with internal departments to ensure timely collection and meet DSO targets.
Market Research & Intelligence (5%)
Maintain an up-to-date database of the market landscape including competitors customers and EOM players.
Submit timely weekly visit reports and provide market updates.
Other duties as assigned by management
Bachelor s degree in Economics Business Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Full proficiency in Chinese (verbal and written communication).
Prior experience in the industrial gas sector is preferred.
Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
Bonus up to 7 months salary annually.
