Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Willow this role you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and booking meetings with non-delegated mortgage lenders in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and help drive new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone email and social media to identify and engage with potential customers
Research and qualify target accounts and decision-makers
Book meetings and demos with qualified prospects
Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads and opportunities
Maintain accurate records and reporting in our CRM system
Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to drive results
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage with the right contacts
Proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies
Self-motivated resilient and able to work independently
Familiarity with the US mortgage lending market is a plus
