Job Description
Due to expansion we offer a rare and limited opportunity to join an established local Retained Search Firm who is also part of a global network of more than 60 offices worldwide. This also means you gain automatic membership of the prestigious AESC.
You will represent the Global brand but work for your own account and economically share overheads in terms of your own selected usage of the overheads.
Opportunities are available in most centra of Southern Africa.
Ideally you would have had at least 20 years senior level management experience. This could have been gained in any function and in any industry. HR or Recruitment Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given. What we do however value are sound relationships with senior decisionmakers...
