The Role
Merchandise Managersown the execution of the merchandise strategy and seasonal plans for my brand across all channels.
Lead the team with a customer mindset and allocate the right stock to the right place at the right time for the customer.
Partner with DC to maintain stock availability and manage efficient and effective inventory flow across all channels
Present trade insights data trends and make recommendations to influence product investment decisions with the brand.
Inspire care for and grow others and myself at every stage of the people lifecycle to facilitate succession
collaborate daily with the VM and Retail partners to execute the plan that delivers results
