Job Description
- Requirement gathering and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand their objectives translating complex needs into detailed functional specifications
- Analyse document and maintain API workflows including data mapping and integration points across platforms
- Lead IT-related projects by creating and managing detailed project plans tracking progress and ensuring that milestones are met
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle including developing test cases conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements
- Provide technical support for pay as you go platforms
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Information Systems or related
- Min. 5 years experience in business analysis (preferably in Telecommunications or product development)
- Strong understanding of API and SQL Server (general select queries stores procedures and views)
