Job Description
Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer Tracking Systems Engineer needed: Scottsdale AZ. Secret Clearance needed to start
We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer-Tracking Systems Engineer to work in Scottsdale AZ. This is acontract to hire positionand youmust be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency W2 hourly Contract Only No 1099 No third parties no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry)
Pay: $68 to $88/hr. D.O.E. Must have a Secret Clearance to start.
SR. ADVANCED SYSTEMS ENGINEER TRACKING SYSTEMS ENGINEER
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:
- Ground system design or scheduling knowledge
- Tracking mission design knowledge
- Satellite communications knowledge
- Ground to Satellite communication knowledge
- System/Software design for cloud-based microservice architecture
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Systems Engineering:Proficiency in systems engineering decomposing requirements into architecture internal and external interfaces design behavior with emphasis on:
- Software/Systems engineering: Experience decomposing the high-level space-ground systems design into ground software/systems design
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools such as CAMEO or MagicDraw
- Programming and Tools Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java Python and MATLAB including for software developer coordination system analysis prototype algorithm development or modeling
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in system design and deployment
- Simulation and Modeling: Background in simulation and modeling analysis with tools like STK particularly in aerospace applications a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with customers mission partners and other key stakeholders to translate requirements into robust system designs within a fast-moving timeline
- Decomposition of end-to-end system requirements into architecture design interfaces and test cases
- Coordination with developers and integration and test teams to ensure component development meet system mission needs
