Job Description
Our client is a topnotch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Perform quality control and inspection of LED lighting products.
Manage LED lighting production processes and oversee manufacturing operations.
Experienced in customer support and handling technical inquiries.
Skilled in reading technical drawings managing BOMs (Bill of Materials) and preparing/managing technical documentation.
Proficient in using CAD software (both 2D and 3D); capable of reviewing designs and optimizing them.
Provide technical consulting and support including maintenance installation assistance and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
Holds at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Electronics Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Technology.
Must have experience working in a company specializing in LED lighting.
3 5 years of handson technical experience in the industry.
Practical expertise in areas such as LED lighting technology semiconductors optical design thermal management and electronic circuit design.
Solid background in product development and staying uptodate with the latest trends in LED lighting technology.
Experience in LED product inspection and quality control.
Knowledge and management experience in LED production processes and manufacturing operations.
Proven experience in customer support and providing technical assistance.
Skilled in technical consulting maintenance and installation support and troubleshooting technical issues.
Competent in reading technical drawings working with BOMs (Bill of Materials) and preparing/managing technical documentation.
Proficient in using CAD software (2D and 3D) with the ability to review and optimize designs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills especially when working with clients R&D production and quality teams.
Preference given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in international companies.
