Job Description

Our client is a leading energy company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Develop and execute the business growth strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems covering both residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) market segments.

  • Lead market expansion efforts including:

  • Building and managing a distribution partner network.

  • Establishing and growing a B2B customer base (e.g. factories industrial parks hotels EV charging station networks).

  • Identify qualify and nurture highpotential business opportunities while maintaining a structured and dynamic sales pipeline.

  • Oversee and coordinate the Sales Engineering team throughout the entire sales cycle from solution consulting proposal development and pricing to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Directly engage in strategic deals including highlevel presentations negotiations and dealclosing efforts.

  • Monitor project execution ensuring smooth handover commissioning warranty support and longterm customer relationship management.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or higher preferably in Engineering Electrical & Energy disciplines or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C business development with a strong preference for candidates from the energy engineering or electrical equipment sectors.

  • Proven track record in developing market strategies building partnership ecosystems and establishing customer relationships from the ground up.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication negotiation and dealclosing skills.

  • Sharp business acumen with a proactive and adaptable mindset in addressing challenges and driving results.

  • Proficient in CRM systems Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and task/project management tools.
