Our client is a leading company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Management
Develop design and execute a comprehensive risk management framework across the organization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and teams to formulate product policies risk acceptance parameters and system workflows for new product launches.
Conduct thorough risk evaluations by comparing estimated risks with predefined organizational criteria including cost implications legal requirements and internal/external environmental factors. Review and improve upon previous risk-handling approaches.
Deliver training and support initiatives to enhance risk awareness and foster a strong risk culture across all levels of the organization.
Monitor the organizations risk appetite regularly. Report any breaches or changes in risk thresholds to management and initiate corrective action plans.
Drive the development of a risk-aware corporate culture throughout the company.
Work in close coordination with the Group-level risk management team to align frameworks and methodologies across the organization.
Oversee and refine the implementation of risk management systems policies standards and methodologies covering key risk areas including compliance credit trading non-trading operational liquidity business continuity and financial risk.
Retail Business Risk Management
Oversee portfolio management by monitoring business performance implementing risk mitigation strategies and initiating fraud prevention measures.
Conduct in-depth risk assessments to identify analyze and estimate the impact of risks on business operations.
Lead the creation of standardized and detailed portfolio review reports focusing on portfolio segmentation vintage and collection analyses.
Manage margin trading activities including reviewing eligible stocks and determining margin ratios and related criteria.
Investment Banking Risk Management
Ensure continuous monitoring of the company s risk appetite and address any deviations with proper escalation and mitigation plans.
Strengthen operational capabilities in assessing and monitoring credit market and operational risks and support portfolio loss forecasting vintage loss tracking and risk-based analysis for proprietary trading activities.
Cooperation
Perform additional duties as directed by the General Director or the parent company.
Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars for multiple stakeholders ensuring efficient time management and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
Bachelor s degree in Economics Finance Banking Accounting or Auditing from a recognized university.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a comparable risk management or financial oversight role.
Possession of a valid Brokerage Securities Certificate is mandatory.
Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations standards and operational procedures within the securities industry.
Excellent communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
Demonstrates a high level of responsibility enthusiasm proactiveness and integrity.
