Our client is a top-notch company specialized in logistics who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
Negotiate service agreements and commercial terms that align with company objectives.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform business decisions and identify growth potential.
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand revenue streams within the business unit.
Collaborate with Customer Service Operations and Documentation teams to ensure seamless contract execution and client service.
Maintain up-to-date records and sales activities in the CRM system (SUGAR) on a daily basis.
Report directly to the Head of Sales and Managing Director providing regular updates on performance and pipeline.
Perform other duties as required by line management.
Bachelor s degree or above in Marketing Business Administration Logistics or related disciplines.
4 9 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the warehousing or logistics sector.
Demonstrated expertise in warehousing solutions and domestic distribution operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Competent with standard office software and CRM tools.
