Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst cum Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analyzing business processes coordinating logistics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Prior experience in FMCG or Construction (Building Paint sector) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify efficiency improvements in supply chain and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with logistics procurement production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize cost quality and service levels.
- Prepare regular reports dashboards and forecasts for management decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support business expansion projects by providing data-driven insights and supply chain planning.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to align processes with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: in Engineering with MBA (preferred in Supply Chain / Operations / Business Analytics).
- Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Supply Chain Management ideally within FMCG or Construction (Building Paint industry).
- Strong knowledge of logistics procurement inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
