Job Description

Our client is a top-notch company specialized in electronics who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Attain sales objectives aligned with the designated targets for ECM (Electrical Construction Material) product lines including Wiring Devices Switchgear Fire Alarm Systems Power Tools and Solar products.

  • Develop and expand B2B business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective partners contributing to the nurturing and establishment of new collaborations with M&E companies contractors project owners and consulting design firms.

  • Proactively identify potential projects monitor client progress and project developments and collaborate closely with distributors to successfully convert prospects into confirmed sales.

  • Define project requirements and scope allocate appropriate resources and formulate comprehensive action plans to ensure successful project execution.

  • Deliver pre-sales technical support and customized product solutions to sustain and strengthen client relationships ensuring the brand is preferred and approved in their projects.

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers regularly update and improve the customer database to support efficient engagement.

  • Increase brand visibility within the B2B sector by organizing and conducting technical presentations and product seminars tailored to customer needs.

  • Conduct regular site visits to clients in order to stay informed of their ongoing projects and provide timely support as required.

  • Support the ECM Sales and Marketing teams in promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.

  • Collaborate closely with the companys distribution partners to secure sales orders and guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports as well as provide updates on the project pipeline to the line manager.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed the assigned sales targets.



Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

  • Have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales related to electrical product projects.

  • Having an established network with project owners M&E firms contractors and design consulting companies will be considered a valuable asset.

  • Intermediate proficiency in English language.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

  • Capable of performing effectively both independently and as part of a team.
