Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies corporate clients and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and reports to management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Aviation Management or a related field.
Proven experience (13 years) in sales preferably in the airline travel or hospitality industry.
A strong network of travel agents corporate clients and tourism industry contacts is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of GDS (e.g. Amadeus Sabre Galileo) is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
