Client Coordination: Manage end-to-end customer interactions post-booking ensuring smooth communication and addressing all queries related to documentation payment schedules and handover timelines.
Documentation Management: Prepare verify and process all legal documents including Agreement to Sale Sale Deed Registration papers NOCs and possession letters in coordination with legal teams.
Payment & Compliance Tracking: Monitor client payment milestones follow up for dues and ensure adherence to RERA and other statutory requirements.
Handover Process: Oversee the final property handover process including snag list clearance possession scheduling and customer orientation.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with sales legal finance and project teams to ensure timely completion of all closing formalities.
Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during the closing process enhancing brand reputation and client satisfaction.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain updated records of all closed transactions and submit periodic reports to management.
