Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Hebrew Content Moderator

Salary: 1478 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1767 euro gross p/m without accomodation)

Working Hrs: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts) rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00–18:00.

Relocation package: flight reimbursement airport pick up free accomodation

Overview of the company:

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.

The Role:

We are seeking Hebrew-speaking Content Reviewers to join their growing international team in this role you will assess and moderate online content to ensure compliance with established guidelines helping maintain a safe and engaging environment for millions of users worldwide. This is a dynamic role where attention to detail and sound judgement are key. You’ll be reviewing a variety of content types and working to uphold the highest quality standards for online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review social media posts web pages and advertising content to ensure it meets policy requirements
  • Assess images videos text and account activity for compliance
  • Identify and escalate any policy violations using internal systems
  • Consistently maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
  • Meet daily and weekly workflow targets
  • Prioritise and manage tasks based on business needs
  • Share feedback and recommendations to help improve processes

Requirements

  • Fluent Hebrew
  • Good level of English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick accurate decisions
  • Comfortable reviewing both visual and written online content
  • Able to work rotational shifts including weekends
  • Reliable adaptable and focused on delivering quality work
