About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to manage and grow key enterprise accounts in Mumbai. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Networking Hardware and Server Storage solutions along with proven expertise in field sales relationship management and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle with a target-driven approach.
- Build maintain and expand strong relationships with enterprise-level decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits to client sites for presentations negotiations and relationship building.
- Identify customer needs pain points and design tailored technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Develop and present impactful proposals RFI/RFP responses and sales decks.
- Strategically identify and target key accounts for growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with alliance partners and OEMs to create revenue opportunities.
- Ensure post-sales client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 years of enterprise sales experience including mandatory field sales exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud platforms Networking solutions Hardware and Server Storage.
- Background in IT architecture enterprise software SaaS or related technology solutions.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Experience with C-level presentations and consultative selling.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Analytics and AI/ML solutions is preferred.
