About PAI
PAI is a nonprofit civil society organization based in Washington D.C. Founded almost 60 years ago we work to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all people through U.S. and global advocacy partnerships with multisectoral institutions and the funding of community-based organizations across Africa Asia Latin America and the Caribbean.
PAI envisions a world where all people can fully realize their sexual and reproductive health and rights to achieve health equity economic well-being and gender equality. About the Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Individual Giving the Development Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the organizations fundraising efforts as well as key functions of donor lifecycle with the Development Team.
Specifically the Development Coordinator will manage gift processing and acknowledgements lead on database management lead on prospect research efforts and draft donor communications.
This role requires project management skills strong writing ability keen communication skills both in writing and verbally and the ability to juggle competing demands and remain flexible in the face of donor requests and requirements.

Salary and Benefits:
This position is based in Washington D.C. The salary range for this role is between $58000 - $62000 USD plus benefits. The final offer for a successful candidate will be determined by a combination of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience education and market offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health dental and vision care direct contribution 403(b) retirement plan and flexible spending account. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will be subject to a background check.
Other Information:
Please note the position is currently on a hybrid work schedule three days a week. Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays are required in the PAI office with two days working from home and PAIs business hours are 9:00 am 5:00 pm.
