Additional Information/Department information: Patient Safety focus is responsible for developing implementing and monitoring initiatives aimed at improving patient safety and quality of care. This role involves collaboration with clinical teams monitoring safety protocols analyzing data and incident reports implementing strategies to prevent harm and improve patient outcomes while applying evidence-based practices. This position will also be a backup for our Data Analysis/Abstraction as needed.
