We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with direct customer-facing experience in the automotive industry.
This position ensures product and process quality while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external customers.
The role requires solid technical knowledge hands-on production experience and the ability to lead quality initiatives that drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary quality contact for customer-related concerns ensuring timely communication issue resolution and documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with automotive standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes reduce variation and enhance product performance.
- Maintain and improve documentation related to audits validation protocols and quality system requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical Industrial Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of quality engineering experience in the automotive industry including direct interaction with customers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to represent the company to customers professionally.
