Youll play a key role in supporting the catering team to deliver high-quality food service for a variety of corporate events. Your duties will include:
Looking after food production alongside the senior chef.
Maintaining cleanliness organisation and hygiene across kitchen and storage areas. Supporting deliveries stock rotation and food safety practices.
Working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Upholding food safety standards reporting hazards and assisting with kitchen administration tasks.
To succeed in this role you should have experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. Youre someone whos eager to learn and ready to contribute to a busy professional kitchen. You take pride in your work communicate clearly and thrive in a team environment.
Key qualifications and attributes include:
12 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or relevant training
Possess outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
