Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring of agents and team leads
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture through regular engagement activities
- Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner
- Conduct skip-level meetings and pulse checks
- Performance & Talent Management
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews
- Identify high performers and succession planning opportunities
- Facilitate training and development programs tailored to call center needs
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and audit readiness
- Attrition & Retention Strategy
- Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies
- Conduct exit interviews and report actionable insights
