Job Description

Job Title: Senior Recruiter Engineering & Non-IT

Location: Cyber city Gurugram or 91 Springboard Sector 18 Gurugram
Department: Human Resources
Role: Senior Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for both Engineering and Non-IT roles. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse job functions proactive sourcing strategies and excellent stakeholder management to attract and hire top talent across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Non-IT positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and headhunting.

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Naukri indeed GitHub Stack Overflow and internal databases.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings for technical fit culture fit and role alignment.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate with department heads and HRBPs to prioritize recruitment activities.

Process Management

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews feedback collection.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Negotiate offers in alignment with internal compensation structures.
  • Coordinate with HR Ops for background verification and onboarding formalities.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience:

  • 5 8 years of recruitment experience with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Automotive Plant Construction SPM company profile hunting
  • Good understanding of functional/non-IT domains such as finance marketing admin etc.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools (Ceipal ) LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel dashboards.

Preferred:

  • Experience in mass/bulk hiring or niche tech hiring is a plus.
  • Certifications in recruitment tools sourcing strategies or HR analytics.
