Daily Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to provide full-scale recruitment support and deliver thoughtful tailored hiring solutions.
- Use creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a strong range of candidates and provide a smooth engaging recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain long-term connections with passive candidates to develop strong talent pipelines for future opportunities.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent the company at events such as conferences job fairs and industry gatherings.
- Stay informed about trends and developments across the gaming industry.
- Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
- Support onboarding and relocation processes for new team members.
Qualifications :
- Approximately 45 years overall recruitment experience.
- 2 years experience within games tech or creative industries.
- Familiarity with a variety of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) LinkedIn Recruiter boolean search and platforms like ArtStation or GitHub.
- Skilled in conducting structured interviews such as competency-based or behavioral assessments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Open-minded and proactive with an ability to navigate changing priorities.
- Appreciation for video games game development or curiosity about the industry is a plus.

Working mode
In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Boston. Relocation is required.
