ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a unique opportunity available for a RegistrationsAdministrator to join our head office team based in Wangara.
As a key member of our Operations team this core position is responsible for carrying out all registration bulk registration infringement and tolls tasks for our fleet of vehicles.
Every day is different but your day-to-day duties will include:
Managingvehicle registration CTP insurance and inspections promptly and professionally.
Usingstate and territory licensing systems (online/manual).
Distributing registration materials to clients as needed.
Monitoring and completingbulk registration renewals within deadlines.
Processing client registration payments and billing.
Collaboratingwith internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Building strong relationships with clients drivers authorities CTP suppliers and inspectors.
Structuringclient accounts to align with contract objectives.
Handlinginfringements and toll notices via Fleetcares system including Linkt integration.
Escalatingand resolvingissues to maintain service standards.
Applying a solution-focused approach across all tasks.
Supporting the Operations Team as needed.
Contributingto policy reviews process improvements and any otherassigned projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered you will ideally demonstrate:
Whilst not essential previous experience within a similar high volume registrations role or experience in fleet finance or associated industries will also be highly regarded.
