Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Program Delivery this role you will work in partnership with the business to manage and administer established contracts. Your contributions will be vital in developing and maintaining supplier agreements to ensure that all contractual obligations are met delivering projects that achieve their intended benefits.

This role will be working at our office located in Sydney Olympic Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee contracts with suppliers of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and negotiation of new contracts and amendments to existing agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote successful project delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Construction Law Engineering or Business and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification (desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience in the construction industry (MUST HAVE).
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation evaluation and administrative skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and master internal contract management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure.
