Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations and operations management with a proven record of success.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading significant change within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven success in organizational development and building high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize align teams and drive successful outcomes.

  • Track record of effectively implementing change management strategies.

  • Proactive and effective communicator coach and collaborator with cross-functional teams senior leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Skilled in conflict resolution and escalation management.

  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for production engineering maintenance quality and warehouse operations across multiple sites.

  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with applicable safety health and environmental regulations.

  • Lead initiatives in continuous improvement including housekeeping and 5S practices.

  • Develop and mentor site leadership and technical staff to cultivate a high-performance engaged workforce.

  • Establish and implement a long-term vision for multiple sites aligned with the broader organizational strategy.

  • Drive execution of site-level strategies that support corporate priorities.

  • Utilize structured management systems to monitor and improve site performance.

  • Maintain operational standards to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

  • Manage operational and capital budgets while identifying and executing cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships across commercial marketing supply chain operations HR finance and R&D teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration manage stakeholder expectations and focus efforts on high-impact priorities to deliver measurable results.

  • Oversee financial performance of assigned cost centers including travel and expense budgets and capital expenditures related to plant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
