Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids. This role involves supporting the Account Management team in maintaining client relationships executing campaign strategies and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the marketing and account management field.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in daily client communication and campaign updates
Monitor and track project timelines deliverables and client feedback
Help coordinate internal teams to meet project goals
Prepare client reports presentations and documentation
Support the development of marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
Attend client meetings and assist in follow-ups and action planning
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
02 years of experience in client services marketing or sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn take initiative and work as part of a team
